Important
The AppraisalIQ Certified Appraiser credential is a private professional certification issued by AppraisalIQ. It is not a license, and it does not authorize anyone to appraise vehicles in a state that requires a license. Some states, including Pennsylvania, license motor vehicle damage appraisers. Check your state’s requirements before you take paid work. The course teaches report writing built on USPAP principles; it is not a USPAP course.
