AppraisalIQ was built inside a working independent appraisal and claims advocacy firm, Collision Claims Advisors, to run its own files. It is marketed by Credenda Capital.
Why we built it
Most appraisal tools are a spreadsheet and a word processor. We wanted one place to run the file, document the method, deliver a consistent report, and keep the referral pipeline full. So we built it, used it on real claims, and now offer it to other appraisers.
